Payment
I accept Paypal.
Payment must be made within 3 days or the order will be canceled and the item re-listed.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Shipping
I ship promptly upon receipt of cleared payment to confirmed addresses.
Please make sure your Paypal address is up to date as this will cause delays in the transaction.
Shipping methods will be Priority Mail within the US which usually take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on service in the area that you live in. Please note for delays in shipping due to heavy postal volume during holiday seasons, bad weather, or strikes. These of course are all out of my control.
Orders over $100 will be shipped by UPS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will try to quickly resolve the problem and make it right for you.
If there is damage to an item please convo me and send photo's of the damaged item with an explanation.

Additional Policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS:
Because of the nature of custom items, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or give refunds. All custom orders are final.
Cancellations: Deposits are nonrefundable.
PACKAGING:
I ship and pack all my items securely in packing wrap and use an assortment of containers such as organza bags, specialty boxes for gift presentation. After all it is a gift from the heart for you or someone special.
All items are from a smoke free enviroment.
